New Elm City lab space to come online in 2022

New Haven is getting another addition to a growing collection of commercial lab buildings downtown — and this one is just months away from being ready to welcome its first biotech tenants. 

The Elm City Bioscience Center, an office building being converted to lab space at 55 Church St., is currently in lease-up and poised to come online in January, according to real estate developer and downtown landlord The Hurley Group. (read more)
