Bioscience companies secure New Haven leases

Two life science organizations have signed leases for New Haven’s Elm City Bioscience Center, a 113,600-square-foot, state-of-the-art lab and research building at 55 Church St.

XRPeds and the BioMed X Institute both signed five-years leases, the financial terms of which were not disclosed. (read more)
